Positive Neutral finder
When the bike is moving, centrifugal force throws the balls enclosed in 4th gear on the output shaft outwards and the gear selection is normal.
When the bike is stopped and the output shaft is not turning, at least one of the 3 balls can fall downwards.
Downward gear changing is possible, until neutral, 1st gear is able to be selected, because of the position of the shaft slot, now no further gear changing can be selected as the 1st gear engager (4th gear) is trapped because the ball dropped down into the slot and prevents movement. ie only 1st gear or neutral can be engaged at that time.
