If this did happen (which I doubt it will) Budweiser stocks would take a hugh crap like Miller beer has done in the past.

I know (from working for them) local distributors of Budweiser would love to see this deal go through. Budweiser has very high guide lines on what they have to do to keep their franchise. A European company running them would mean the standards would be lowered and they would make more money.

One day when I was talking to the owner of the franchise I worked for he said "I'm tired of buying these fucking neons that everybody rips off. If I didn't have to, I wouldn't buy any"
